Trained at Esalen Institute in 1995 I was certified as an Esalen® Massage practitioner in 1996. I have been practising Esalen® Massage for 15 years and I am a member of the EMBA (Esalen® Massage and Bodywork Association). I started exploring massage with Massage Sensitive® and obtained the "certificat 1er degré" in 1992. In 1995, I went to Esalen Institute and obtained a degree as a Massage Practitioner. I found in this approach a form that suits me perfectly and even if I go on learning new techniques that enrich my practise, Esalen® Massage is where I feel at home. In April 2006, I obtained a certificate in Thai massage after a week long training in Thailand. Beside, I did a training in Usui Reiki in 1995 and in Karuna® Reiki in 1998. I have always been interested in this great mystery that is the human being and I started a personal exploration when I was 20 which has taken me all over the world inside out. Beside years of psychotherapy, I have studied Psychosynthesis, counselling (Carl Rogers), NVC (Non Violent Communication), the Enneagram which I teach, and have been on a new path for two years since I discovered Eckhart Tolle. All those teachings have helped me meet everyone in a holistic way.
